RATES
Daily rental rates cover a full 24 hours with unlimited mileage.
Excess hour is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rental rates.
Rental rates are subject to 5% government tax. |

INSURANCE
Rates include coverage of 3rd party property damage up to RM3000,000
and unlimited for 3rd party bodily injuries and passenger liability.
Cover for the loss of the car by fire and theft are included
with cover for damage of the car in excess of, as indicated
in the schedule below. |

| COLLISION DAMAGED
WAIVER (CDW) |

The liability for this
amount may be waived if you choose to accept CDW, as indicated

Such CDW coverage will
only be effected subject to availability of a police report
within 24 |

hours in reference to damages
sustained to the vehicle. |

Missing items or accessories
and deep scratches or dents are not protected by an |

insurance coverage or purchase
of CDW. |

| However if the cause of accident is found
to be due to negligence of the hirer and/or any claims cannot
be made against 3rd party, then the CDW coverage will be considered
null and void, and the hirer will have to pay for all damages
incurred. |

PERSONAL ACCIDENT
INSURANCE (PAI)
PAI provides coverage of up to RM100,000 per car at RM6 per
day or RM42 per week and RM12 per van or RM84 per week (subject
to the terms and conditions of current engaged insurance company). |

PAYMENT
WSRAC welcomes all major credit/charge cards such as MasterCard,
Visa, Diners Club and American Express. |
| |
TRAFFIC RELATED OFFENCES
The hirer is also responsible for summons or fines issued by
the Malaysian Traffic Police, Road Transport Authorities, or
local municipal authorities, incurred during the rental duration. |
| |
PETROL
WSRAC vehicles are supplied with a full tank, and the hirer
is required to return the vehicle with the similar amount, otherwise
the refueling will be charged to the hirer according to WSRAC
Petrol Rate Chart. |

DRIVER'S REQUIREMENT
The driver must be between 23 years and 65 years of age and
in possession of a current local or valid overseas international
license with qualified driving experience of at least 2 years.
Malaysian "P" license holders are not accepted. |

EXTENSION OF RENTAL
Should the hirer wish to extend the rental, it is most important
WSRAC be advised immediately in order that the insurance coverage
is extended. Failure to do so may meant that the hirer is driving
the vehicle without insurance. |

BREAKDOWN SERVICE
WSRAC has engaged the Automobile Association of Malaysia (AAM)
24 hours Breakdown Service to assist the hirer in case of any
emergency situation. |

COLLECTION &
DELIVERY
These are chargeable from a minimum of RM10.00 and above per
delivery or collection, depending on the distance and accessibility
of the destination. |

ENTRY INTO SINGAPORE
& THAILAND
WSRAC vehicles are prohibited from being driven into these countries. |
| |
OTHER
Any foreign items including durian, vomit, etc., which emit
foul aroma will not be allowed in WSRAC vehicles, the hirer
will be responsible for charges from RM100 and above to eliminate
the aroma. |
